Stucco colors confirmed!

Our house colors have been selected and confirmed with the sub-contractor.  The house elevation is a general visual using the Sherwin-Williams Visualizer.

The colors shown are:  The browns on the left are the gutter/downspout color (on the chain) and the stucco trim color for the house.  The yellow middle color is going to be the base color of the house.  The tans on the right are the stone mortar color and the window colors for the house.  Our stone is going to be a Chateau cut with Hickory color and the roof is going to be Weathered Wood color, both shown.

We have selected our front Texas Star door, but have not picked a color yet.  We are leaning towards a dark red/maroon color.

  1. I really love stucco as a building material, pretty great you guys are incorporating it into the style of your home. I am sure your house turned out amazing! The only thing you have to be careful about with stucco is making sure there is no area of water to pool around it. That happened to my finished basement and removing the mold was terrible. Luckily I found a great stucco repair in NJ service and was able to salvage the wall.
