This was one of the purchases we made on Black Friday (day after Thanksgiving) sale last year at Lowe's. I know true chef's like gas stoves, but for some reason gas scares me with the open flame... Call me crazy. I don't mind if it takes a bit longer to heat things up. I can't wait to cook again in our new kitchen!!! :)
