Special chow for moo cows...

After we closed on the house, we went to Tractor Supply and bought special Sweet Feed and Feed Wormer for Brown Mama.  David thinks she is looking a little boney, so the wormer should help her.

So instead of them all eating feed pellets out of the trough as usual, we fed them separately in their own tubs. They all got Sweet Feed, but the wormer was mixed in Brown Mama's tub.   We had to watch to make sure Brown Mama ate her tub and the daughters didn't get into it.  It doesn't hurt them, but Brown Mama needs it the most.

A Lowe's trip! Haven't done this in a while!

We got 30 bags (40-lb ea) of decomposed granite for our french drain at the end of our driveway.

We used accumulated Lowe's gift cards from David's birthday, our anniversary, and Christmas.  Thanks all!

Awwww...  All of the cows were wet from the rain.  Makes me want to bust out a hair dryer for them. :)  Or build them a nice shelter to shield them from inclement weather.  David says, "They have trees."

8 little booties...

... are a lot, but beats cleaning 8 little puppy paws!  I am puppy-sitting Sammie while my mom is visiting David, Amy and fam in AK.

We did not put up much as we were on vacation, but these were little things we put up once we got back.  Most of the things we bought on our trip, except for the snowman which was a gift from my mom. :)
