Front Fence

As part of the new construction, we took down the old fencing at the front of the property.  Installed new steel posts, field wire, cattle guard, & auto-gate.  It is truly awesome looking & everyone got into the act.  Thanks so much for the city girls for helping out!

Making a New Road

Dad helped me clear out & build a new roadway to the pad site.  We installed (3) new culverts & smoothed out (10) loads of base.  Hopefully the roller we rented will help keep the rock in place during construction.

Clearing the Pad

After Kelly & I staked out the pad for the Geotech drilling, I needed to remove some trees & bushes from the pad.  Rented a backhoe & got to work.  Removed the trees & scraped off the pad site.  Now it's starting to look like construction...

Hopefully this will help everyone with the progress of the new construction.  A special thanks to my Dad for helping me over the past couple of weeks really get this thing kicked into gear.  I'll do my best to provide some photos & text as things go.
